Dreame Auto, which just officially announced its car manufacturing, has a different expansion approach from other new Chinese car manufacturers. It has been preparing to build factories overseas from the beginning.

Dreame Auto is recently reportedly looking for a site in Berlin, Germany, to build a factory near Tesla's Berlin Gigafactory. Once completed, Dreame Auto will become the first Chinese automaker to establish a factory in Germany.
In addition, people familiar with the matter said that Dreame Auto will also cooperate with BNP Paribas to prepare for Dreame Auto's entry into the global market.
In August 2025, Dreame Technology, known for its sweeping robots, announced its entry into the new energy vehicle market, planning to launch its first ultra-luxury all-electric vehicle in 2027, designed to rival the Bugatti Veyron. Founder Yu Hao is reportedly personally leading the project, assembling a team of nearly 1,000 people and registering Starry Sky Automotive Technology Company (with registered capital of 1 billion yuan).
Dreame Technology's technology products currently cover more than 100 countries around the world. Its main products have won multiple market shares in markets such as Germany and France. It has established more than 6,000 offline channels and has a user base of 30 million. It has strong channel advantages in the global market, especially in Europe.
