Tianyancha information shows that Nezha Auto CEO Fang Yunzhou has been restricted from high consumption.

It is reported that Fang Yunzhou's height restriction involves a labor dispute case that was filed for execution on December 11, 2024. The company failed to perform the payment obligations determined by the effective legal documents within the period specified in the execution notice. Beijing Zhehe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and its legal representative Fang Yunzhou were subject to consumption restriction measures and are not allowed to engage in high consumption.

Beijing Zhehe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2022 with a registered capital of RMB 400 million. Its business scope includes Internet data services, information consulting services, auto parts retail, electronic product sales, etc. It is wholly owned by Hozon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. Hozon New Energy has the "Nezha Automobile" brand.

Nezha Auto has previously reported layoffs and production suspensions. Its chairman Fang Yunzhou will also serve as CEO of Nezha Auto from December 6, 2024.
