In terms of performance, the Land Rover Defender OCTA combines unprecedented off-road mode, high-energy driving experience and powerful power output, bringing the impossible triangle of "all-terrain capability - comfortable driving - dynamic control" to the extreme.
Long press the world's first OCTA mode button to activate the OCTA high-performance mode, which creates the ultimate road driving experience focused on performance through precise adjustment of the steering system, throttle response and suspension settings. Long press again to switch to the OCTA rally off-road mode, the vehicle will achieve the best acceleration performance on low-adhesion roads. When used in combination with the lowest traction control setting (TracDSC or DSC off), the Land Rover Defender's world-first off-road ABS anti-lock braking system will be enabled. In this mode, effective braking will be achieved on low-adhesion and soft roads, while allowing a certain degree of side slip, providing the best braking effect while bringing drifting fun.
Land Rover Defender OCTA has the strongest passability of mass-produced vehicles in the world with 323mm ground clearance, 1000mm wading depth and off-road triangle indicators of "40.2° approach angle, 42.8° departure angle and 29° longitudinal passing angle". The dual-chamber three-valve air suspension and 6D intelligent dynamic chassis give the vehicle comfortable and stable all-terrain driving control. With advanced hydraulic interconnected dampers and continuously variable semi-active shock absorbers, the vehicle's pitch, roll and yaw state during rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration and cornering are greatly suppressed. On rugged terrain, the 6D intelligent dynamic chassis does not require physical anti-roll bars, can achieve maximum wheel articulation, and can release a maximum of 550mm wheel free travel. Coupled with a 13.7:1 steering ratio, the wheels can respond at extremely fast speeds and effectively cope with extreme obstacles.
Land Rover Defender OCTA has a wading depth of 1000mm
It is equipped with a 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbocharged gasoline engine with mild hybrid technology, matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission with high and low speed gears. It can generate 635 horsepower and a maximum torque of 750 Nm. In overboost mode, it can also release a peak torque of 800 Nm. The acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h is only 4.0 seconds, and the maximum speed reaches 250 km/h.

The domineering wide body with a width of 68mm and a ground clearance of 33mm make the new car full of momentum.
