Jaguar Land Rover, a "perfect participant" for eight consecutive years, is showcasing its products at the 8th China International Import Expo this year under the theme "15 Years of Deep Cultivation in China, Shaping the Future at the Expo".

As the UK's largest car manufacturer, Jaguar Land Rover not only brought the new Land Rover Defender OCTA, the "new king of off-road vehicles," and the Range Rover SV flagship model, but also echoed the CIIE's focus on showcasing automotive culture by bringing two rare British royal vehicles to the "Clover" (National Exhibition and Convention Center). The legendary Jaguar E-Type sports car also made its debut at the CIIE's newly established "International Automotive Culture Experience Zone," demonstrating Jaguar Land Rover's profound cultural heritage, brand foundation, and long-term commitment to resonating with the Chinese market and creating value together.
Pan Qing, Global Director of Jaguar Land Rover and President and CEO of Jaguar Land Rover China, said, “The China International Import Expo (CIIE) is an open platform for promoting win-win cooperation between China and the world, and an accelerator for value creation by foreign companies in China. Over the past eight years, we have not only witnessed the development opportunities brought about by open cooperation, accounting for more than 20% of UK-China trade, but also continuously strengthened our localization strategy of ‘In China, More China’ by constantly introducing new products, technologies, and experiences. In the future, Jaguar Land Rover will continue to create a ‘new modern luxury’ product and service experience for consumers, and actively play a bridging role in the fields of Sino-British economic and trade development and cultural exchange.”

The all-new Land Rover Defender OCTA, the "New King of Off-Road"
With the deepening implementation of the "brand repositioning" strategy, the unique characteristics of the four major brand families—Range Rover, Land Rover Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar—have been continuously strengthened. Since the beginning of this year, several new models, including the Land Rover Defender OCTA, the all-new Range Rover Sport SV, and the Jaguar XFL 90th Anniversary Edition, have been launched in succession. Combined with the implementation of user experience platforms such as "Range Rover Experience" and "Defender Conference," each brand has further consolidated its leading position in its respective market segment. In the first three quarters, Jaguar Land Rover maintained its leading sales position in the luxury SUV market above 700,000 RMB; Range Rover has been the sales champion in the segment above 1.5 million RMB for three consecutive years.
While promoting high-quality corporate development, Jaguar Land Rover has always adhered to the concept of sustainable development and actively fulfilled its corporate social responsibility in China. In 2014, Jaguar Land Rover partnered with the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation to establish the "Jaguar Land Rover China Youth Dream Fund," becoming the first charitable fund in the automotive industry focused on youth development. Over the past eleven years, the Dream Fund has focused on three major areas: education, social care, and Sino-British exchange, investing over 100 million yuan and benefiting more than 700,000 young people.
This year, Jaguar Land Rover brought its "Dream Shop," a public welfare and cultural and creative platform that brings together car owners, partners, and the public, to the China International Import Expo for the first time. Through charity sales, it attracted broader social forces, continuously expanded the boundaries of public welfare participation, and promoted the sustainable development of Sino-British cultural exchanges and youth public welfare on a more open platform.
Tim Howard, CFO of Jaguar Land Rover Greater China, told The Paper at the China International Import Expo that investment in CSR is a budget that Jaguar Land Rover Greater China will never cut.
Looking ahead, Jaguar Land Rover has officially confirmed its participation in the 9th China International Import Expo (CIIE). As a witness to and participant in China's continued opening-up, Jaguar Land Rover will continue to leverage its local insights and global resources to deepen cooperation with Chinese partners in areas such as electrification, sustainable development, and technological innovation. The company will continue to create new modern luxury products and service experiences tailored to the needs of the Chinese market, jointly contributing to the high-quality and sustainable development of the automotive industry.
