The Kaiyang Laboratory, established at last year's Global Innovation Conference, has now achieved an efficient closed loop of innovative achievements from research topics to product line empowerment through a "two-way" mechanism integrating industry, academia, and research. The thermal efficiency of mainstream engines in the market generally ranges from 38% to 45%, and even a 1% improvement faces significant systemic challenges. The Kunpeng Tianqing engine, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as a 26:1 ultra-high expansion ratio, a hyperbolic triple-link mechanism, a 35% EGR rate, and thermal insulation coatings, achieves a true gasoline engine thermal efficiency of 48%. This is expected to propel hybrid vehicles into the "1" fuel consumption era. Leveraging its export advantages, Chery Group will promote the global adoption of cutting-edge technologies like the Kunpeng Tianqing engine, accelerate the advancement of hybrid technology, and ensure that "Chinese hybrid" vehicles lead the world.

A few days ago, the soon-to-be-launched Zongheng G700, equipped with its Ark amphibious system, successfully navigated the Yangtze River, marking not only the first time a mass-produced new energy off-road vehicle has crossed the Yangtze River, but also a milestone in global off-road history. Leveraging differentiated technologies such as IP68-rated waterproofing of core components, a 970mm wading depth, and dual-power propulsion, the Zongheng G700 achieves unrestricted access in all terrains, revolutionizing global off-road culture and paving an unprecedented path for the Chinese automotive industry with cutting-edge technology.
Create a global technology innovation system and establish a new industrial ecological chain
