
On October 9, Changan Automobile issued an "Announcement on the Progress of Overseas Investment of Associated Enterprises", which showed that the prerequisites for the third installment of payment stipulated in the "Equity Transfer Agreement" between Avita and Huawei have been met, and Avita Technology has paid Huawei the third installment of the transfer price of 3.45 billion yuan.

So far, Avita has paid a total of 11.5 billion yuan to complete its investment in 10% equity of Yinwang Company.
Avita and Huawei have been collaborating since January 2019. Leveraging their respective strengths, both parties have formed a "one team" approach across various business areas, including user insights, product strategy, product launch, and marketing. To date, over 3,000 new Avita vehicles have been delivered to Huawei employees.
By 2030, Avita and Huawei plan to jointly launch 17 products, covering segments such as sedans, SUVs, and MPVs, of which five upgraded models will be released in 2026.
