With the National Day Golden Week approaching, at the foot of Changbai Mountain, China Auto Rental, together with the Jilin Provincial Department of Transportation and the Department of Culture and Tourism, held a "Feeling Like Being in a Good Place" G331 car rental travel press conference, and jointly announced the launch of a self-driving service system covering the entire G331 Jilin section.
G331 is a border highway running from Altay in the west to Dandong in the east. The Jilin section runs from Ji'an in the west to Hunchun in the east, crossing the Yalu, Songhua, and Tumen Rivers. It boasts two world-renowned landmarks: the Goguryeo Royal City, Tombs, and Aristocratic Tombs World Cultural Heritage Site, and the Changbai Mountain Global Geopark. The 1,240-kilometer route passes through four prefectures, 10 counties, 216 villages with distinctive local customs, and dozens of national-level scenic spots. Enjoy mountain blossoms in spring, escape the summer heat in summer, marvel at crimson leaves in autumn, and ski on powder snow in winter. It is a poetic and captivating journey that embodies Jilin's history, culture, ecology, and nature. This collaboration between China Auto Rental and the local government is expected to empower local tourism resources and establish a new benchmark for the integration of "transportation + cultural tourism."

It is reported that in view of the characteristics of self-driving tours in the Jilin section of G331, China Auto Rental has launched three major service upgrades, covering the entire process from picking up the car, using the car to returning the car.
First, "renting a car is more worry-free." CAR Inc. has opened 25 directly-operated outlets in seven key cities and regions along the G331: Tonghua, Baishan, Changbaishan, Ji'an, Fusong, Yanji, and Hunchun, with a fleet of 715 vehicles. Second, "travel more freely." The entire Jilin section of G331 now offers a "return your car to a different location." Finally, "the experience is more secure." To cope with holiday peaks and unexpected demand, CAR Inc. has deployed 1,500 emergency vehicles in cities like Changchun and Jilin, providing comprehensive roadside assistance and 24-hour customer service to ensure a rapid response in emergencies.
