Changan Automobile, which has been upgraded to a new central enterprise, has recently experienced frequent personnel changes.
Reports indicate that Jiang Hairong, former Honor China CMO, has recently joined Changan Automobile as CEO of its subsidiary, DeepBlue Auto. DeepBlue Auto insiders have not denied the news and revealed that Deng Chenghao, the former DeepBlue Auto CEO, will continue to serve as DeepBlue Auto's chairman. Previously, Deng Chenghao held both positions, and Jiang Hairong's arrival marks the separation of these roles.
Public information indicates that Jiang Hairong joined Huawei in 2005 and served as a senior engineer in Huawei's mobile phone product department, with a long-term involvement in R&D and product management. He subsequently held various key positions within the Honor brand, including Head of Honor Product Marketing, Head of Honor Overseas Marketing, and concurrently Head of Honor MKT for Western European terminals. In 2021, with Honor's independence from the Huawei system, Jiang Hairong assumed the role of CMO of Honor Terminal Co., Ltd. in China, overseeing Honor's brand building, product marketing, and promotion in the Chinese market until his departure in January 2025.
