At about 12:30 on July 24, 2025, our bureau received a report from the public that a vehicle was driving abnormally in a public parking lot. After receiving the report, our police officers quickly arrived at the scene to deal with it, and the vehicle involved actively cooperated and stopped by the roadside.
After investigation, it was found that the driver, Jiang (male, 40 years old), was impatient because he could not contact the passenger who came to Chengdu for a long time, so he drove around the parking lot. There was no other person in the car except Jiang. The detour did not cause any casualties or property damage. After testing, it was ruled out that Jiang was driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
