British luxury car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover recently announced its financial results for the 2024/25 fiscal year (April 2024 to March 2025).
Amid global macroeconomic challenges, the company has achieved profitability for ten consecutive quarters and achieved the core financial goals under its "Reshaping the Future" strategy.

The new Range Rover is displayed in a Jaguar Land Rover dealer showroom in the south of England on April 9, 2025, local time.
It is reported that in this fiscal year, Jaguar Land Rover's global revenue reached 29 billion pounds (about 278.2 billion yuan), which is basically the same as the previous fiscal year. The full-year pre-tax profit reached 2.5 billion pounds (about 23.9 billion yuan), and the EBIT margin was 8.5%.
Its global strategy of “reshaping the future” is progressing in an orderly manner, and its “new modern luxury” is gradually gaining ground. Among them, Land Rover Defender set a sales record of more than 115,000 units in the full fiscal year, an increase of 0.7% year-on-year; the global market demand for Range Rover models continued to be strong, and the wholesale sales of Range Rover Sport increased by 19.7% throughout the year.
The Chinese market also continued its steady performance. The localization of the "Reshaping the Future" global strategy and the "Brand Reshaping" strategy achieved remarkable results, and the four major brands continued to lead the luxury market segment. In 2024, in China's fiercely competitive high-end luxury SUV segment, the Range Rover brand bucked the trend and achieved a 6% growth, while remaining at the top of the sales list of one million and above; it also retained the sales crown in the ultra-luxury SUV market above 1.5 million for 27 consecutive months; in the 700,000-1 million SUV range, the Land Rover Defender topped the sales list.
Jaguar Land Rover is also accelerating its electrification transformation. The number of pre-registered potential customers for its new pure electric GT model has exceeded 32,000 worldwide. The pure electric version of the Range Rover has completed extreme cold testing, with orders exceeding 61,000 units, and will make its global debut this year. The pure electric production line at the Solihull plant in the UK is about to go into production, laying the foundation for electrified manufacturing. In China, Jaguar Land Rover and Chery are deepening their cooperation and accelerating the pure electric layout of the "Freelander" brand in China.
