With subsidies about to be phased out, emerging electric vehicle manufacturers are ushering in another peak in deliveries.
On December 1st, Leapmotor, HarmonyOS, and other companies released their November delivery data. Overall, although the traditional peak season of "Golden September and Silver October" has passed, the market still saw many brands achieve record-high delivery volumes in November, influenced by factors such as the 5% purchase tax on new energy vehicles starting next year and replacement subsidies.

HarmonyOS announced that it delivered 81,900 new vehicles in November, representing a year-on-year increase of 89.61%. This figure not only sets a new record for the brand's monthly deliveries but also breaks through the ceiling for monthly deliveries among emerging electric vehicle manufacturers.
It is also worth noting that Huawei's HarmonyOS-enabled vehicles are produced by different car manufacturers and include four brands: Wenjie, Zhijie, Xiangjie, and Zunjie. However, sales information for these four brands is not disclosed separately.
Leapmotor, which had topped the charts for several consecutive months, came in second, but its deliveries also hit a new record. Data shows that in November, Leapmotor delivered 70,300 vehicles, almost the same as the previous month, but up over 75% year-on-year, maintaining a growth trend for nine consecutive months.
In addition, on November 15, Leapmotor announced that its cumulative sales this year have exceeded 500,000 vehicles, achieving its 2025 sales target ahead of schedule.
Xiaomi Auto announced that its November deliveries once again exceeded 40,000 vehicles, marking the third consecutive month that the brand has delivered over 40,000 vehicles. However, Xiaomi has not yet released the exact November delivery figures. Xiaomi Auto's official data for November 2024 is "over 20,000 vehicles," which, based on this estimate, represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 100%.
Previously, Xiaomi Auto revealed that it would achieve its annual sales target one month ahead of schedule, and its total deliveries for the year are expected to exceed 400,000 vehicles.
NIO, XPeng, and Lipeng all failed to reach the 40,000-unit sales threshold. Among them, NIO and XPeng saw slight month-on-month declines, even though both automakers exceeded 40,000 units in sales during the peak season of October.
XPeng Motors delivered 36,700 vehicles in November, a year-on-year increase of 19%. From January to November 2025, its cumulative deliveries will reach 391,900 vehicles.
NIO delivered 36,300 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 76.3%. Among them, NIO brand delivered 18,400 new vehicles; Ledao brand delivered 11,800 new vehicles; and Firefly brand delivered 6,100 new vehicles.
To date, NIO has delivered a total of 949,500 vehicles. Of these, 797,700 are under the NIO brand, 119,400 under the Ledao brand, and 32,300 under the Firefly brand. NIO states that production and delivery of the new ES8 are accelerating, and the company's December deliveries are expected to reach a new record high.
Li Auto delivered 33,200 new vehicles in November, a year-on-year decrease of 31.92%, with cumulative deliveries approaching 1.5 million vehicles.
Li Auto also mentioned the production capacity issue, stating that the cumulative orders for the Li i6 and Li i8 have exceeded 100,000 units, and they are working hard to solve the production capacity ramp-up problem on the supply side; among them, the Li i6 battery adopts a "dual supplier" model, and the monthly production capacity is expected to steadily increase to 20,000 units by the beginning of next year.
After successively breaking through the monthly sales mark of 10,000 vehicles, the new brands incubated by traditional automakers have also maintained good growth rates.
According to the latest sales data released by Avita Technologies, November sales reached 14,100 units, a year-on-year increase of 21%, setting a new record high and marking the ninth consecutive month with sales exceeding 10,000 units. It is worth noting that the company recently submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and plans to IPO in Hong Kong.
Dongfeng's Voyah Automobile delivered 20,000 new vehicles in November, an increase of 84% year-on-year. This marks the first time the brand's monthly deliveries have exceeded 20,000 vehicles.
SAIC's Zhiji Auto sold 13,600 vehicles in November, setting a new record and achieving sales of over 10,000 vehicles for three consecutive months.
